Howdy, champions of justice, defenders of the underdog, and lovers of a tantalizing tale! We got a doozy of a story that’s going to knock your socks off faster than a shot of invigorating kombucha.

Once upon a time (3 years ago), in a little corner of our beloved town, was a sanctuary called The Hideaway @ Raw Brewing Co. An extraordinary haven where our community of ‘kombucha freaks’ gathered, shared stories, and savored the finest hard (and traditional) kombucha, ate the most delicious (and pretty darn wholesome) new age bar food in all the land, and got funky.  Ah, those were the days: Raw Brewing Co. – Kombucha.com, with a capacity to churn out a whopping 1 million bottles or cans a month, was a job-creating, health-boosting, community-strengthening powerhouse.  We were one of the first big boozy booch facilities in the nation.

Then, like a snake in our Eden, our greedy landlord slithered in. After inheriting his wealth from Daddy – who died shortly after we did the deal – this money-hungry daddy’s-money-mogul decided his $15M inheritance was just chump change. Despite pocketing a free million from Covid, this miserly landlord denied us the much-needed $50,000 roof. Now, this wasn’t just a case of a little rain water dripping in. Oh, no. This was a horrific scenario, posing a clear and present danger to our community’s health. A danger we couldn’t, in good conscience, expose them to.

Our kombucha might be fermented, but our principles and our faith are as fresh as they come. We couldn’t bear the thought of our patrons, our friends, our neighbors, being exposed to the hazards presented by this crumbling roof. We put the health of our community above profit, above everything else. We did what any entity with a smidgen of ethics would do – we shut down bottling operations.

The landlord, on the other hand, preferred filling his pockets to fixing the roof. We were thrown into a storm without a raincoat, our sanctuary becoming as unsafe as a deck chair on the Titanic. Like a twist on the Titanic, our dear bottling operation became The Lucitania.

But fear not, for we did not let this cruel act sink us. We came to fight, ready to rise from the depths, and our beacon of hope, Reverend Justice, will guide us through this storm.

Not ones to let a greedy landlord sink our ship, we called in the lawyers – and transitioned Kombucha.com to start a revolution in home kombucha brewing.  So if you want to start brewing your own booch, you know where to support us.  But in the antithesis of support, imagine our surprise when, instead of donning their suits of armor, our supposed knights of justice (our attorneys) had been cozying up to the very landlord we were fighting against!

Now thrust into a legal war zone without so much as a slingshot to defend ourselves. Raw Brewing Company – Kombucha.com has been left without representation in a $7M fraud case that robbed the community — and could have affected The Public Health.  Michael Peter, Raw’s sole shareholder, was left in an impossible position — until divine inspiration provided a strategy as audacious as it was inspired.

In the midst of the quagmire, a beacon of hope emerged in the form of Reverend Justice, formerly known as Michael Peter, Raw’s sole shareholder.  In a twist that’s nothing short of cinematic, Michael has formed the Church of American Justice and taken the religious name Reverend Justice

Robbed of contingent counsel 2 weeks prior to trial, despite an incredibly strong underlying case, The Court has made it functionally impossible for Raw to obtain new contingent representation.  And despite extensive case law clearly in support of Raw’s absolute necessity to represent itself, The Court has openly refused to consider arguments made on Raw’s behalf.  This week, The Court abusively robbed Raw of its expert witness — and because of Raw’s lack of counsel – set a dismissal hearing for July 5th. Fitting.

But people can represent themselves — and claims can be assigned.  Raw’s claim has been assigned to Reverend Justice.

The Court may have turned a blind eye to Raw, but Reverend Justice, adorned in his symbolically powerful Sacramental Vestments, is ready to take the fight head-on.

This isn’t just a legal dispute anymore — it’s an underdog’s crusade, a whirlwind courtroom drama that’s got more spice than our fieriest kombucha. Reverend Justice is ready to stand before the court (and Court TV), ready to expose the corruption and missteps that have stymied our quest for justice.

So, we ask, will you join us on this journey? Will you be there on July 5th – in person or by Zoom – as we take this stand against injustice? Dive deep into our story, join us for a journey that’s not just about a battle for a brewing company, but a battle for justice.

Don’t miss out – we’ve got fraud, criminal activity, public health threats, conflicted attorneys, judicial abuse, and likely, even more shenanigans to uncover. It’s a brewing storm of justice, and we need your help to navigate through it.

Give us a shout, join us in the thick of it all, because this is more than just a courtroom drama, it’s the fight for justice we’ve all been waiting for. It’s going to be one helluva show!

Ready to take a stand and get a front-row seat to the action?
